After years of developing my perennial garden which blooms from first thaw through first frost, I have turned my attention towards vegetable gardening and food production. This interest combines perfectly with my obsession for cooking and eating.
My philosophy of “get the best ingredients you can, and prepare them simply,” has delighted friends, neighbors and guests for many years.
